Terms of Use — Overlay Drawing
By installing or using Overlay Drawing (“the app”, package com.lrlr.overlaydrawing), you agree to these terms.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, under these terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.
2. How the app works
The app draws on top of other apps using Android's “Display over other apps” permission. Some apps and system screens hide or block overlays, and behavior can differ by device and Android version. The app works on top of supported apps only, and we do not guarantee it works with any particular app.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the app to break the rules of other apps or services, including to gain an unfair advantage in games, or to deceive others (for example by covering parts of another app to mislead someone). You are responsible for how you use the drawings you create.
4. Donations
The app's core features are free. Donations are voluntary and made through Google Play. As a thank-you, donors get special brushes, available on devices signed in to the same Google account; the set of brushes may change over time. Payments, refunds and cancellations follow Google Play's policies. If you have trouble with a donation, contact us.
5. Your content
Your drawings stay on your device and belong to you. We do not receive them. Keep your own copy of anything important; we are not responsible for data lost when the app is uninstalled, its storage is cleared or the device is reset.
6. Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop the app or its features. We cannot guarantee the app will work with future Android versions or devices.
7. No warranty
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
